Hello, Cydney here:

Welcome! I hope to have you in class where we will be focusing on creating a movement based sequence to help connect the mind, body, and heart. This physical practice will be rooted in self-expression. I will encourage you to follow your body's intuition to build strength in order to find a comfortable relaxed seat for meditation. I will meet you where you are at, both physically and spiritually. So, let's find the space to grow your inner awareness with a playful spirit. And remember, now we begin and we can always begin again.

“It’s not an exaggeration to say it’s the best 40 minutes of my week.  Cydney always checks in about how I am doing and feeling- and tailors the class to best benefit what my body, mind, and soul need. If a movement or sequence is out of my reach she creates variations in which my body feel supported.  I never had success meditating before her classes, but being guided through it allowed me to slow my brain down and settle into a place where I can truly let go.  10/10 recommend”

- Dominque P.

“Cyd’s classes help me destress after a long workday. I have noticed an increase in flexibility. Practicing with her two times a week has really helped improved my wellness routine.”

- Barry V.

“Cydney’s Zoom Yoga classes have been incredible and have exceeded my expectations. Even though we are not in-person together, Cydney has you position the camera in a way that enables Cydney to fix you into the proper positions and poses – just like she would if you were in-person. Cydney is not only incredibly knowledgeable about yoga, but she is very knowledgeable about anatomy and how the different parts of the body interact. She has taught me a lot about how the brain and the body interact, which has made me more mindful on a daily basis. She is very easy-going and light-hearted, but she is incredibly professional about her job and craft. I look forward to my weekly zoom yoga sessions with Cydney, and plan to continue my zoom yoga after the pandemic is over. PS - ask her about Yin Yoga… it will change your life”

- Justin S.

“If you’re like me, constantly struggling to quiet that monkey brain, please do yourself a favor and reach out to Cyd. She will mellow you out and ground you wherever you happen to be.”

- Dan G.

“Cydney’s classes are the best part of my weekly routine!”

- Ezra M.

“Cydney is a great teacher that will cater to whatever your needs are. She's very knowledgeable and will guide you through any flow you need or are capable of at that moment. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, she'll surely have you feeling better by the end of class. Can't recommend her classes enough!”

- Glenn B.

“As an instructor, Cydney is extremely accommodating to the needs of her students and whatever challenges they're body may be experiencing. Every session feels both personalized and inclusive.”

- Rashad W.

“Best meditation voice I have ever heard. She gets you to that place you want to be.”

- Michelle W.

“Cydney adapts the class to not only your skill level, but also how you are feeling that day. I can’t recommend her class enough!”

- Alex W.

“I am so grateful for my Yoga practice with Cydney. As a person without a lot of Yoga experience, the 1:1 Zoom format has been amazing. She brings something new and relevant to every class. Her classes are challenging, yet calming, and she has opened my eyes to the spiritual side of Yoga. Cydney has such a bright and reassuring energy. It’s a time in my day that I can reset, breathe, and give my mind a rest.”

- Amy L.

“Yoga with Cydney is an experience I look forward to every week. I never thought I would be able to put myself through such an enlightening mind-body connection before these classes. My first ever Yoga experience was in class, so transitioning into Zoom certainly took more effort than just rolling up to a studio and setting up a mat. I do not think I would be this comfortable without the help from Cydney. She is able to describe movements and parts of the body so effectively and articulate them in such a way I can replicate outside of class. There is no way I would be able to practice on my own had it not be for her guidance, patience, and genuine care for wanting to connect the mind to the body. Being comfortable with what I want to work on in the moment and deep meditation are crucial to me, and Cydney is able to carry those preferences through and through in each class. Yoga with Cydney has gotten me to acknowledge and feel so much better about myself and interconnections of my mind, and that is something I cannot really describe. It just feels right.”

- Dan S.
